Overview

The loss of the Brussels framework and the not-yet resolved situation with the Lugano Convention has changed how cross-border cases with EU countries will be dealt with: Hague Conventions and common law will need to be used. Their speakers will examine the change of rules on divorce, maintenance and children matters, like parental abduction and custody, giving practical advice on how to proceed.
