Notice is hereby given by the Honorary Secretary to all members of the Solicitors Sole Practitioners group, that a special general meeting will be held at the Principal York hotel, Station Road, York YO24 1AA at 2:00 PM, the purpose of which shall be to conduct Association business.

- The following changes to the Constitution:
- The number of Executive Committee members, currently up to a maximum of twenty, be reduced to a maximum of ten.
- The quorum for an Executive Committee meeting be reduced from 6 to 4.
