Stephen Gowland, one of our speakers, from the Legal Services Board, has asked that we send him our experience of bad practice and negligence in unregulated Wills and Trust providers.
This is a serious opportunity to present a case for protection of the public, and the profession from these cowboys, and we must strike while the iron is hot.
