25-27 November 2016 | MARRIOTT HOTEL, PRAGUE    EVENT ENDED

prague-innerpageAs a valued member of SPG, we hope you will attend this year’s 21st Annual Conference.

The theme: “Practice of Excellence” is particularly relevant for our members and the especially selected key note speakers will be focussing on sole practice development.

The conference has been organised to allow plenty of time for networking with fellow professionals, speakers and the SPG executive team. Opportunities to relax, enjoy the hotel’s fabulous facilities, sightsee Prague’s architecturally stunning city and then as a finale, an elegant masked ball…

In addition, the timing of the conference has been especially chosen to coincide with the outstanding Prague, Christmas Markets.

This promises to be one of SPG’s best conferences ever. The SPG team have agreed preferential rates at the hotel for SPG attendees. Please book early to avoid disappointment.

CHANGE IS COMING!

Never before has the legal profession been under so much pressure to change. Our profession is worth £25.7B.

The Legal Services Board research is that 2 out 10 small businesses do not use legal services and the main reasons given are: price and not knowing whom to go to.

The SRA believes that reducing regulation while maintaining standards is one way to cut costs. Will we see more Solicitor price comparison sites? Will that be good for our customers?

WHY ATTEND THE CONFERENCE?

1. You need to understand the what changes are likely to take place and what this means for you!

2. Hear from the SRA; voice your concerns and influence change.

3. The SPG has developed a pivotal role representing you but we need your continued support and presence to maximise our lobbying efforts.
