The Solicitors Qualifying Exam will be introduced on 1 September 2021. In order to manage this transition at its best, small firms need to be prepared to change processes in the way they recruit pre-solicitors. The Law Society are holding a free one hour webinar to help sole and small firm practitioners with the forthcoming changes.This webinar will cover the key considerations that need to be taken into account with the transition, including what qualifies as QWE, mindful resourcing and how to manage expectations.
