NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN TO ALL MEMBERS OF THE
SOLICITOR SOLE PRACTITIONERS GROUP (“THE GROUP”)
(a) That the 27th Annual General Meeting of the Group for 2024 will be held at
2 PM on Sunday 30th of June 2024 at the Hilton Bomonti Istanbul Hotel, Silahsor Cad. No 42, Bomonti-Sisli, Istanbul, 34381, Turkey
(b) That as the AGM is taking place outside England and Wales pursuant to 7 (a) of the Constitution skype or similar facilities will be made available for members of the Group to be able to attend the AGM virtually, witness the meeting orally and visually and vote.
(c ) Members of the Group wishing to attend the AGM virtually are to contact the Honorary Secretary at secretary@ spg.uk.com whereupon details of how to securely access the AGM will be provided.
(b) That there are no vacancies for elected members on the Executive Committee of the Group.
