Ministry of Justice – Important changes to Legislation
The Ministry of Justice has changed the law to allow for the remote witnessing of wills.
This guidance was published on 25th July 2020.
Please note that this legislation will be backdated to wills made from 31st January 2020.
This should make a substantial difference to probate Practitioners struggling with finalising wills during this pandemic.
